I'm a global program and delivery leader specializing in execution and launch excellence.

I'm naturally drawn to complex challenges, early-stage initiatives, and moments where organizations need to move quickly from idea to execution.

Over the past decade, I've led cross-functional programs across digital health, fintech, and emerging technology environments, working with teams across Africa, Europe, and Asia, from early-stage startups to global pharmaceutical companies.

My work sits at the intersection of product, operations, and leadership, building the structure, alignment, and momentum needed to deliver high-stakes initiatives. I've helped organizations launch products from 0–1, build PMO functions to support multi-million dollar growth targets, and drive execution across regulated environments.

I'm known for how I work with teams. I bring a strong understanding of human behavior into complex environments, quickly identifying where misalignment, communication gaps, or unclear ownership are slowing progress. I address those gaps and put the right structure in place so teams can align, make decisions, and deliver.
